Greek yogurt cookie batter parfait
    • 3/4 cup or 6 oz. Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
    • 1 tbsp. agave nectar, honey, or truvia (truvia is the best choice for 21 day Fix)
    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1 tsp. reduced fat peanut butter or PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
    • Big dash of cinnamon

Greek yogurt cookie batter parfait
    • Measure out your yogurt and then add in all the ingredients. Stir well. Freeze for 15 minutes, which gives the parfait a great texture.  Don't skip the freeze time. 
    • You can measure it out using these containers: Yogurt=1 Red,  Truvia=Free, Vanilla=Free, PB=1 tsp. Use the chocolate chips if you have a little wiggle room in your meal plan for that day=1/2 a yellow container
